2. The Service Provider is obliged to deliver the ordered goods within the delivery time specified in the confirmation email from Nordik Magyarország Kft. following the order, with the delivery time starting from the day after the full payment of the purchase price. Any deviations from this are subject to the conditions specified in individual contracts with our partners. Delivery will be carried out using a carrier company, or exceptionally with our own transport vehicle. The Service Provider cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time (hour), unless the parties agree separately in writing.
3. If a Customer has an overdue, unpaid invoice, the Service Provider may suspend the service until the invoice is settled, and may offset the purchase price of a new order against the previous debt. The Customer is obliged to pay the default interest applicable on the first day of the calendar half-year affected by the delay, starting from the date of the delay, as per the Civil Code. All costs arising from the collection of debts shall be borne by the Customer.
4. The Customer is obliged to check the package in detail for quantity and quality at the time of delivery or receipt, and to sign the receipt in case of complete fulfillment. If the Customer experiences any damage or discrepancy, the carrier is obliged to hand over the goods in detail at the Customer’s request and to draw up a report on site (preferably with photographic documentation).
5. The Customer is obliged to pay the consideration for the order in advance via bank transfer or credit card payment following the confirmation of the order or the acceptance of the offer by the Customer. Bank transfer payment option is only available for contracted partners, until the date specified in the individual contract. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the delivery fee, with the modification taking effect simultaneously with its appearance on the Website. The modification does not affect the purchase price of already ordered products.
6. All delivery conditions specified in this section apply to orders placed via email, phone, and in person as well.
7. We cannot be held responsible for delivery errors caused by unavoidable and unforeseen external reasons (force majeure), but we will provide all possible assistance to our customers.
8. We retain ownership of the delivered goods and products until the full payment of the purchase price.
9. The delivery fee is weight-based (“Weight Based Shipping”) within Hungary:

10. The delivery fee can be selected on the form before sending the order in the online store (mandatory), and will be displayed in the details of the order as well as in the electronic confirmation of the order in all cases.
11. For online store orders over 100,000 HUF, we cover the delivery cost!
12. In the case of MPL delivery:
- For home delivery: 0-10 kg gross 1990 HUF/piece.
- For home delivery: 10-20 kg gross 2990 HUF/piece.
- For home delivery: 20-40 kg gross 5990 HUF/piece.
For every package ordered with MPL delivery, we charge a technical fee of 25,000 HUF, and there is no possibility of free delivery.
